We use FACTS Management Co. to administer tuition and other school payments for all our families. Over 11,500 private and Christian schools throughout the country successfully use FACTS for the convenience and security of parents and school administration.

FACTS Tuition & Fee Payment

FACTS Management Co. partners with private schools and manages over $9 billion in educational tuition funds each year. FACTS is a secure and comprehensive suite of services including tuition management, student information system, payment administration and processing, financial needs assessment, and online admissions/enrollment solutions.

Payment Processing

Our families may choose to pay tuition annually, quarterly, or monthly. There are multiple payment methods to choose from including auto debit, check (annual only), and credit card.

Online Account Management

– View past and planned future payment activity
– Make payments and manage payment methods

Payment Administration

– Field trip, book and sports fees, and other extras charges are paid through this program.
– Share payments with grandparents and others who contribute financially to tuition payments can be established.
